The ACRM is a new alliance of Commonwealth campaigns and campaigners seeking to remove the monarchy from their constitutions.

The alliance is an informal grouping of national and sub-national campaign organisations, activists and leaders who are actively seeking a move to a republic.

Where a country is not currently represented in the alliance the ACRM is keen to identify people or groups who wish to join.

The alliance is open to leading activists and groups that are committed to democratic means to achieve the transition of their country to a democratic republican form of government.

The Commonwealth

The ACRM seeks to bring together campaigners from around the Commonwealth of Nations. The Commonwealth has 56 member states, fifteen of whom are 'realms', meaning they retain King Charles as their head of state. That includes the United Kingdom and 14 other nations in the Caribbean and Pacific.
